Mr. Moeung Vireaksak is a distinguished legal professional with a robust educational background and a specialization in various areas of law. His academic journey began at the National University of Management, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economic Science. This foundation in economics provided him with a deep understanding of the financial aspects that can influence legal cases, particularly in corporate law. Moeung continued his education at the Royal University of Law and Economics, one of the premier institutions for legal studies in the region, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Law. This degree was pivotal in shaping his legal acumen, particularly in the fields of civil and criminal law. He further honed his skills and knowledge by pursuing a Master in Private Law at the same university, which equipped him with advanced legal strategies and a thorough understanding of the complexities of private legal matters. In addition to his legal education, he also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (International Relations) from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (Institute of Foreign Languages).
